A: Our main focus is hospitality and real estate development. We supply custom hotel furniture for guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, lounges, apartments, and public spaces. We also provide joinery, lighting, and decorative items.

A: We are a manufacturer, not a design company. Clients usually provide FF&E drawings, BOQs, or design concepts, and we turn them into high-quality finished products. Our in-house design team (10+ designers) can also optimize shop drawings for cost efficiency and production feasibility.
A: Yes, all our furniture is fully customized based on your design, material preferences, and project specifications.
Quality & Certification
A: Every project follows strict QC procedures: material inspection, production monitoring, assembly checks, and final inspection before packing. We welcome third-party inspections.
A: We are ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certified. We also hold China Environmental Labeling and other international standards. Our products meet global fire resistance and safety requirements (e.g., CAL TB117, BS5852).
A: Yes, we use eco-friendly plywood (E0 grade), water-based paints, and flame-retardant foams. Our finishes meet international environmental standards.
Project & Delivery
A: Standard production is 45–60 days after deposit and final shop drawing approval. Mock-up rooms usually take 25–30 days.
A: We usually ship under FOB or CIF terms. We can assist with international shipping logistics, but installation is normally handled by local contractors. If required, we can recommend trusted partners.
Our main business is project-based hotel FF&E manufacturing, where the order quantity is usually based on your BOQ or project requirements. However, we also accept single product manufacturing requests if you need a bespoke furniture piece, mock-up item, or sample before mass production.
A: We have exported to over 100 countries worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Payment & Warranty
A: Standard terms are 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for large projects.
A: We offer a 2-year structural warranty on frames. Human factors, fabrics, and normal wear are not covered.
