Our Process for FF&E & Joinery Services

Send BOQ & Documents
Provide your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or a picture, and we’ll send you a detailed quote. Once you confirm the price, we’ll proceed with the deposit.

Shop Drawings & Materials
Based on your BOQ, we’ll provide shop drawings and material options for you to confirm before production begins.

Start Manufacturing
Once confirmed, we begin manufacturing your custom FF&E furniture and joinery. Throughout the process, we’ll share pictures and videos to keep you updated.

Quality Control Checks
Our dedicated QC team will check the quality of all pieces. If desired, you can hire a third party for inspection. We’ll fix any quality issues until you are completely satisfied.

Packaging & Shipping
Once the project is complete, we carefully package and ship your FF&E and joinery. Usually, we ship via FOB (Free On Board) terms for added convenience.
